Everyone rush over to her site and wish Amanda the happiest of birthdays. She’s one of the many blessings that came my way last year with all this knitting and blogging, and she deserves a great day, heck YEAR!
Other than that, I got nuffin’ for ya’. I had to frog a project that was about 1/4 done, because “garter stitch (RS)” didn’t click in my head as “garter stitch on both sides” which of course, is what you want for a non-stockinette roll of a side. Between that, the baby shower, the Super Bowl and a special House, precious little happened.
However, the snowman hat was a hit, as was the Mandy’s Candy bag I used as a gift bag since I didn’t have anything else suitable on hand. Thank goodness I have “designer friends” to make me look good!
