That deserves a reward. Maybe some pink knitting. I haven’t had one yet, but I’m not looking forward to it. My mom always has a hard time. Seems her tissue is too dense.

Weekend was not so great in the doggy world hear… just found out we lost another doggy yesterday as well.
It’s a lovely morning here with just enough fog to filter and soften the sun. Socks on my feet and a sweater for a few more hours.

As for my day, well, drove the 50 miles to work at 5 am only to find the building closed due to power outage from yesterday’s storms that ripped through DC. Lots of trees down, no signals, etc. So, I had the day off after I drove 50 miles back home. Oh well, small price to pay for a day off…esp as it is DD b-day.

Hope it went well! Yesterday was our 14th anniversary… we just stayed in. I had a horrible day. 😦
