Ironically, due to a series of snafus, my formerly “birthday” smashogram is happening today. Given that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’m pretty sure I won’t forget when I’m due for next year’s appointment.

I’m not old enough yet for my insurance to pay for the smash, but I take care of the other appointments. When I look at the faces around me I’m reminded WHY I must be so diligent with my health.

Smashogram!!! I love that name. With all of the nurses in our family I’d better be up to date on everything!! FYI: Clinique has some great sales on cosmetics and they make donations to the cause with every sale.
